  pm and held in a board members home.\n\nWe encourage participation from a
 ll members of our neighborhood at our Board meetings. As we hold the meeti
 ngs in our homes\, we kindly request that you give us a heads up a few day
 s in advance. This will help us make sure we have enough room to accommoda
