Greencrest HOA Annual dues are $50 dollars and are due on November 1st for the following fiscal year. Annual dues shall not be pro-rated for a part of the year.

You can pay dues online using PayPal by Clicking on the “Pay Now” button below. Please note there is a surcharge of $1.75 added to your $50 payment to cover credit card fees.
Financial Management
Fiduciary responsibility for all funds in the control of the Greencrest Homeowners Association is held by your Board of Directors, particularly the Treasurer. The Treasurer is a senior officer of the Board with direct day-to-day funds control.
Cash flow and budgets are managed using appropriate software. Funds are held in account with US Bank in Colorado Springs.
Due to the extremely low membership dues requirements, no special reports need be filed with the State of Colorado. As a non-profit Corporation, we do submit an annual federal and state tax filings.
As policy, the Board:
- Does not borrow money.
- Has no Credit Cards.
- Rolls, by resolution, any excess funds from one calendar year to the following year.
- Receives a financial report from the Treasurer monthly.
- Provides to the General Membership an annual financial report at the annual membership meeting.
