The Greencrest Homeowner’s Association (GHOA) annual meeting will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday October 20th, 2022, at the Garden Ranch Baptist Church.

Members my participate via the internet using Zoom video conferencing by emailing a request for an Invite Link with their name and address to board.greencresthoa@gmail.com.

Please come to meet other neighbors and contribute to your neighborhood’s success.  We will also collect your annual $50 HOA dues, which you can pay with cash or check.

3. Update of Bylaws and Policies to meet Regulatory Requirements
4. Support for Board of Directors (member database/records/privacy/tax/accounting/legal)
5. HOA Tax Return Status
6. Mandatory dues and HOA membership
