Annual Greencrest Homeowner’s Association Meeting:
The annual GHOA meeting will be held Thursday October 20, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Garden Ranch Baptist Church, 3830 Van Teylingen Drive.
2022 Neighborhood Picnic:
Neighbors, our annual GHOA picnic is happening on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from Noon-2 pm. It will be in the cul-de-sac of Sylvan Way. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided for all active GHOA members. Please bring a side dish to share. It will be great to see all!
Wildfire Mitigation (FireWise) week of May 11 & Aug 15, 2022:
This is an annual project where homeowners stack their trimmed tree limbs, brush, and burnable vegetation near the curb (May & Aug). The Colorado Springs Fire Department Mitigation Staff picks up and chips the material as they go. There are no costs to the homeowner. It is done under the sponsorship of the Greencrest Homeowner’s Association. GHOA Dumpster Days, June 4-6 2021:
Thank you Greencrest Homeowner’s for a successful 2021 Dumpster Days.
Look for 2022 Dumpster days in early June 2022. Dumpster days are only open to Greencrest neighbors who are current on dues are allowed to use the dumpsters. Please do not share with other neighborhoods. Also, please, NO tree limbs, oils, paints, tires, automotive batteries, or hazardous chemicals may be placed in the dumpsters. Thank you!
