The HOA Board has chosen HOAworks, an all-in-one platform built for self-managed communities like Greencrest — organizing dues, communication, records, and financial reporting in one secure system, right on your phone or computer.
Why it matters:
- Stay in the know — notices, meeting reminders, and announcements in one place, no more hunting through email or missed flyers.
- Easy access — pay dues, view your account, or check the calendar anytime, from anywhere.
- One organized system — bylaws, meeting minutes, and financial records live in a single, secure homeowner portal instead of scattered across email and paper files.
- Clear finances — the HOA’s bookkeeping and financial reporting are organized and transparent, so the community stays informed.
Getting started takes less than a minute:
- Register your email using the HOA Homeowner Contact Registration form.
- Watch for an email from noreply@hoa.works — it can land in spam, so check there if it doesn’t show up.
- Follow the instructions in that email to log into HOAworks.
Two Sites, Two Purposes
As we roll out HOAworks, you may notice Greencrest now has two web presences — each with a distinct role.
greencresthoa.org remains our public face — the place that shows prospective buyers, real estate agents, and new neighbors what makes Greencrest a great place to live. It’ll continue to feature our neighborhood overview, community programs like Neighborhood Watch and Wildfire Mitigation, and general information about who we are.
HOAworks becomes our internal hub — built specifically for homeowners, not the general public. This is where day-to-day HOA business happens: paying dues, reading meeting minutes, accessing governing documents, tracking ACC requests, and receiving official communications from the board. Because it’s a secure, homeowner-only platform, we can share more detailed and timely information here than we ever could on a public website.
In short: greencresthoa.org tells the story of our community. HOAworks runs it.
