This is an annual project where homeowners stack their trimmed tree limbs and brush near the curb. The Colorado Springs Fire Department Mitigation Staff picks up and chips the material as they go. There are no costs to the homeowner. It is done under the sponsorship of the Greencrest Homeowner’s Association.
