Greencrest Neighbors – Please congratulate the Best of Greencrest – Summer 2020 winner. The Coddington’s at 3490 David Circle will receive a $50 Ace Gift Certificate and will get to display our new “Best of Greencrest” yard sign. They have transformed their front yard since moving in August 2016.
The GHOA established the Best of Greencrest to promote goodwill and reward exemplary lawn care in our community. We love to recognize neighbors who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property, thereby contributing to the overall appearance of the community at large.
This was one of the earlier houses in Greencrest. It was built by developer, Ronn Langford. He and his family lived there for a few years. His daughter, Dorri, was a best friend of my daughter, Kim. They had great times together. I’m glad the house won Best of Greencrest. It deserves it.

Sue, it’s nice to know a little of the history. We just moved to 3522 W David Ln, as renters. It’s a marvelous neighborhood. My husband took me to see “Best of Greencrest – Summer 2020”, just up the street. It is indeed beautiful.
