Annual Meetings
Annual meetings for the General Membership are held each October. The meetings are to update the membership on past and planned activities, conduct elections for Board members, provide a financial accounting, transact any business requiring a vote by the membership, and provide a forum for members of the Greencrest Homeowners Association to express their concerns. The meetings also provide a venue for various guest speakers to address our members regarding common issues at hand.

Board Meetings
The Greencrest Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors meet on a regular basis throughout the year. Meetings are normally on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm and are held in a board members home.
We encourage participation from all members of our neighborhood at our Board meetings. As we hold the meetings in our homes, we kindly request that you give us a heads up a few days in advance. This will help us make sure we have enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. We look forward to seeing you there!
